Refund Policy


Once an order has been placed, the item will begin manufacture and fulfillment in a matter of hours. If this process has started, then you won't be able to cancel the order.

In the rare instance that we can catch your e-mail in time, then we will be happy to push through the cancellation...but again, this is rare given the quick processing time.


We at Funk Yourself offer replacements or refunds only in the instance of manufacturing errors or damaged items.

Should your refund meet our criteria, we ask that you contact us within 21 Days of receiving the item(s) so as to allow us time to process the request via our manufacturers. We can be reached at

Although we are happy to address issues as a result of manufacturing error or incorrect items, our products are made to order, and as a result, we do not offer refunds for buyers remorse or in instances where the customer has no intention of using all items purchased. Such instances include: 

- Buying in bulk - where the potential intent could be to resell our items or where a customer could buy too many in order to cater for a group. Such misuse is also covered in our Terms of Service.

- Buying several sizes of an item to ensure that one of them fits. Sizing charts are provided with our items, therefore, it is on you the customer to get this right. In the event that the size chart is not located alongside the item, the size charts for our apparel can be found under the info menu at the footer of our pages.

We also recommend that you carefully enter and double check any shipping information as the product will be returned to the manufacturer if any important details are missing, incorrect or unreadable. After 30 days of the item being unclaimed, the product will them be either destroyed or donated to charity. Any instances where reshipment is requested will result in the customer incurring that cost.

For hygiene purposes, items such as face masks or underwear cannot be returned and a new order must be placed should you require a replacement. This also includes items which show clear signs of having been worn or used.
